Rapid experiments
that ship as products.
Lambda Bots is a technology lab building hardware and software at the speed of ideas. We prototype obsessively, validate ruthlessly, and turn promising bets into things you can hold.
A lab built to try things.
We're a vertically-integrated team that takes ideas across mechanical, electrical, software, and brand — fast enough that we can afford to be wrong.
Hardware Prototyping
From breadboard to enclosure. PCB design, embedded firmware, 3D-printed and machined parts — every iteration on a real bench.
Software & Systems
Full-stack web, mobile, and on-device. We build the firmware, the cloud it talks to, and the interface humans actually touch.
Design for Manufacturing
Mold-aware mechanical design, supplier relationships, and tooling — engineering decisions made with the factory in the room.
Rapid Experimentation
A portfolio of small, hungry bets. Most experiments quietly die — the survivors become the next product line.
Brand & Go-to-Market
Story, packaging, photography, and channels. The lab doesn't stop at the prototype — we ship the experience around it too.
Studio Operations
Small team, deep bench. Optics, electronics, plastics, code — under one roof so handoffs disappear and feedback loops shrink.
How we go from curiosity to shelf.
Speed is a feature. Every step is designed so we can kill a bad idea cheaply — and double down on a good one before anyone else notices.
- 01
Spark
Daily idea triage. Most ideas get a one-page brief and a kill criterion before they get a dollar.
- 02
Prototype
If it survives the brief, we build the crudest version that could possibly work — within days, not quarters.
- 03
Test
Real users, real benches, real numbers. We're looking for evidence, not applause.
- 04
Ship
Survivors get production tooling, packaging, and a name on the door. Then the lab moves on to the next ten.
Built in Utah County.
The lab sits at the foot of the Wasatch — close to suppliers, machinists, and a deep bench of Utah engineering talent. Mountains out the window, oscilloscopes on the bench, parts coming in the back door.
Have an idea worth testing?
We partner on hardware bets, run contract experiments, and occasionally take on outside builds when the problem is too good to pass up.
